She used to win 1 in 10 cold clients. Now it's 7 in 10.

The starting point
Keva wasn't struggling. Twenty-five years into recruiting for the creative world, she'd "seen it all" — placements were landing, her name carried weight, her team grew and flexed with the work.
The catch was that her biggest ambitions never made it out of her own head. She knew exactly who she wanted to be: the creative-industry recruiter people came to for real advice, the trusted advisor. What she didn't have was the framework, accountability, or consistency to make that reputation visible on purpose instead of by accident.
Why Keva came to ORA
Keva got recruited by her own move. ORA's LinkedIn InMail hooked her — and she's the one who writes to hook other people for a living.
What sealed it was watching how they thought. Where she'd spin an idea into something complicated, they would calmly cut it back down: you're overthinking this, let's simplify. The outreach itself was the proof — intentional, well-positioned, built to earn a response.
What we built together
The whole project was translation: taking everything trapped in her head and turning it into work that actually ships. ORA gave her a roadmap and the accountability to run it.
As her authority became visible, it started reinforcing everything else she'd built — her email outreach, her website copy, and the way her conversations opened. The reputation was no longer a claim she had to make. It was something people could see before she said a word.
"Twenty-five years into this industry, I knew exactly who I wanted to be — the trusted advisor people come to — but ORA gave me the framework to make that reputation visible instead of accidental."
Keva DineThe results
- Brand-new cold clients now close about 7 times out of 10
- Before ORA, the same cold conversation converted about 1–2 times out of 10
- Approximately 30,000 LinkedIn impressions in a single day
- Candidates and clients know her name before a DM lands
The takeaway
Keva didn't need to get better at recruiting — she needed the structure to make a 25-year reputation impossible to ignore. Once she had it, trust closed the deals she used to chase.
